This Refund Policy sets out if and when EFFE JUD will provide refunds, and explains our approach to returns and exchanges for real fur items.

Returns & exchanges (Real Fur)

Due to the nature of real fur and the need to protect product integrity, we do not accept returns or exchanges for real fur items once an order has been delivered. This includes returns for change of mind, sizing, colour preference, or “no longer wanted”.
