These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of effejud.com (the “Site”) and any purchases made through the Site. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

You agree to use this Site for lawful purposes only and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, accounts, or systems.
Products & descriptions
We make every effort to display products accurately, including colours and textures. However, screens may display colours differently, and real fur naturally varies in tone and texture.
Product photos and descriptions are for guidance and do not form a warranty.
Pricing & availability
All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise and may change at any time without notice. Products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
Orders & payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline an order at our discretion (including in cases of suspected fraud, errors, or stock issues). If we cancel an order after payment, you will be refunded to the original payment method.
You agree that the billing and shipping information you provide is accurate and complete.
Shipping & delivery
Domestic standard shipping: Please allow up to 15 business days for order processing, followed by 6–7 business daysfor delivery once dispatched.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (carrier delays, weather, peak periods).
Shipping address changes: Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order is placed. We will ship only to the address entered at checkout.
Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Returns, exchanges & refunds (Real Fur)
Due to the nature of real fur and to protect product integrity, we do not accept returns or exchanges for real fur items once an order has been delivered. This includes returns for change of mind, sizing, colour preference, or “no longer wanted”.
We strongly recommend contacting us before purchase for sizing and styling support.
Faulty / damaged / incorrect items: If you believe your item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review and provide an appropriate resolution.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Promotions & discount codes
Discount codes and promotions may have specific terms (expiry dates, exclusions, one-time use). We may withdraw or change promotions at any time.
Intellectual property
All content on this Site (including logos, images, product photography, text, and design) is owned by or licensed to EFFE JUD LTD and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
User content
If you submit content (e.g., reviews, photos, messages), you confirm you have the right to share it. You grant us a non-exclusive right to use that content for operating and promoting the brand (e.g., on the Site or social media). If you want this removed, contact us.
